Total Lunar Eclipse — December 20-21, 2029 (Blood Moon)
The first total lunar eclipse after 2026 occurs on December 20-21, 2029, with the Moon fully immersed in Earth's umbral shadow and turning a coppery red. Totality lasts about 54 minutes and the eclipse is visible across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia.
