EU AI Act — High-Risk (Article 6(1)) Obligations Apply

On 2 August 2027 Article 6(1) high-risk classification rules kick in, and providers of general-purpose AI models placed on the market before 2 August 2025 must be fully compliant with the EU AI Act.
